Established in 2004, Wuhan Ouzhong International Education Communication Ltd. (WOIEC) is a leading international education organization. We specialize in bridging the gap between Chinese and overseas universities. As the overseas branch of WOIEC, the Elite Study Abroad Association (ESAA) was established in California in 2018 to provide dedicated, local support. Reflecting our commitment to students' long-term academic journeys, we award the ESAA Scholarship to all eligible students upon their return from our programs.
